The following is a list of services that you can expect Southwest Insurance Services to provide to you during the term of coverage.

 Management Services  

  • Demonstrate, revise, and install, at each location, claims reporting procedures
  • Prompt preparation of Insurance Certificates
  • Organization of Insurance Files.
  • Assist in completion and updating your printed prior carrier loss experience
  • Maintain complete record of all claims submitted to the insurance carrier and establish a quarterly review of all claims for all locations.
  • Preparation of Insurance Summary for Auditors.

 
 Worker's Compensation Services  

  • Review of Rating Classifications.
  • Review of Previous losses.
  • Analyze Causes of Losses.
  • Audit of Experience Modification Worksheet.
  • Review of Insurance Company Audit Procedures and Client Payroll Records.

 
 Liability Services  

  • Review of Rating Classifications.
  • Review- of Insurance Company Audits.
  • Review of Certificate Received from others.

 
 Property Services  

  • Property Evaluation.
  • Review of Current values in Relation to Insurance Policy Definitions.
